I must admit I am kind of concerned that I'm having issues with the new unit already. They came out did some work and hopefully all is well. But on the flip, they always have an immediate response to any issues and try to take care of them as quickly as possible, and work with my schedule so I'm not having to miss work to get things done.

James was amazing! Personable and friendly. Plus the most knowledgeable A/C tech I have ever met. He was here within 45 minutes of my call and had the system up in no time. He even identified an over charge on the freon that the original installers got wrong. And they have checked the system 3 times now and never noticed. Makes me wonder... I originally called the installer, Houston Air Comfort and they said they couldn't make it out for 9 days. I am switching to ACTexas from here on out.

ACTexas is an amazing company who has highly skilled technicians and provide quality service. They are reasonable and have excellent customer service. In my case, I had a home warranty with First American Home Warranty (iffy company) when my AC unit had the compressor go out. Even though the AC unit was still under warranty and even though I had a Home Warranty, both AC Companies who came to inspect my AC unit wanted to charge me $1,061 and $810 respectively. I did not trust either of these companies and chose to forgo using my Home Warranty and went with ACTexas. I am so glad I did bcz they repaired my AC unit super quick and addressed all my concerns. I would rather pay a little more and trust the company than give my money to unscrupulous companies. I also signed up for their maintenance plan and am glad I did. I highly recommend ACTexas.

I originally inquired about having a small AC unit installed to be dedicated to our Master Bedroom and Bath. After reviewing the problem, they recommended zoning as a more cost effective option. We had it installed about 2 weeks ago and the system has performed great. They were super responsive and professional. The installation crew took extra care to make sure they left everything super clean. I’d highly recommend these guys!

I wanted to write this review because in my opinion great customer service equates to a lasting relationship. Several months ago I was in the market for an HVAC system when I randomly happened on AC Texas and spoke with Mickey. He was very knowledgeable and professional and was always willing to answer my questions. Not knowing much about the AC business; I have to say, every time I called he was never too busy to speak with me and if he couldn’t talk he always called me back in a timely manner. Also he made me feel as though all of my questions were important and deserved a thorough answer. After many painstaking weeks of doing research and weeding out several companies I narrowed it down to 2 companies one of which was AC Texas. Unfortunately, based solely on finances; I decided to go with the other company; that’s when I texted Mickey to let him know my decision and he was very kind and thanked me for letting him know and to top it off even after I decided to go with the other company I called him with another question and just like before; he was as kind and willing to help! That type of customer service is truly hard to run across. I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I was with Mickey! Since then I’ve told several people about AC Texas and Mickey in particular and passed along his information. You see folks it’s true: at the end of the day people may not remember what you said or what you did but what they’ll never forget is: “how you made them feel”. Thank you Mickey!

We had an issue with our AC and called AC Texas for a second opinion. Mickey came out and took a look at our system and gave us a very detailed assessment of what was going on with our system. The previous company who will remain nameless, attempted to sale us a new unit with in 5 minutes of looking at the system. They didn't even give us any options on how to repair. We ended up going with a new system with AC Texas to say the least. We appreciated Mickey's patients with us and hlow he broke everything down to be sure we truly understood what we where buying as well as options to repair of we choose. Love these guys I would highly recommend AC Texas for your heating and cooling issues.

My AC unit was acting up..frozen pipe and no air blowing in one of the zones.Since my AC is has two zones, only one zone was operating. The technician(Jonny), ACTexas Air Conditioning sent to my home was awesome. He used a camara to diagnose the issue. He explained as he went what was being done to revolve the problem.
