Plymouth Woods apts are billed as luxury apartments and they absolutely lived up to their name!! Renee and Michelle are AWESOME managers ! Bob and Roger are top tier maintenance the best in their field. Now lets talk surrroundings breathtaking beautiful with trees and lanscape filled with colorful flowers! Interior is very much condo like with your own laundry room and spacious living room and dining room together, Bedrooms are also a very good size even the second bedroom!! You will not regret living here at all!! Hope to see you soon!

The facilities are kept up wonderfully and maintenance was very responsive and helpful. Having close proximity to Hines Drive was amazing too. Great experience at a really reasonable price

I enjoy living at Plymouth Woods Apt. Rent is reasonable, the grounds are well maintained, great location, and maintenance staff responds quickly when you need something fixed

My roommate and I lived here for just over a year. We loved it. It was reasonably priced and was nice place to live. Management was friendly and helpful, and maintenance was awesome. We had a water leak and broken freezer that they came to fix within a day. 10/10 would recommend

We were there 4 years and never had any problems. Maintenance items addressed quickly, completely. Neighbors are warm, friendly, and QUIET. Covered parking for 1 vehicle is nice, but a second vehicle is pot luck. Park-like setting and adjacent to Hines Park is nice. Grounds are well maintained. Nice sized units and layouts are condo-like. In-unit full sized laundry is great. No dogs is nice (for us). No Harleys or hot rods is nice too IMO. Our unit was only partially updated on move-in. I can recommend if you can get a fully updated unit, including flooring, counter tops, and cabinets.

Maintenance is friendly, very responsive and complete issues within 24-48 hours. Front office staff is very pleasant and helpful with the needs of the residents. The grounds are always taken care of through all seasons. You couldn't ask for more with the beautiful scenery, woods surround us along with many visitors of nature's wilderness. Within a few minutes from downtown Plymouth which has many activities for the entire family! Have lived here for eight years but only intended to for a short time. Hines drive is across the street and so many nature walks, fishing, kayaking rental and playgrounds. So much nature all around and you will see so many types of the animals and birds that live in it. I definitely recommend if your searching for a nice place to live look no further!

I'm not sure why most of the reviews are so bad but we're loving our apartment so far! Haven't had any issues with maintenance, it's nice and quiet - haven't heard any neighbors. The countertops and cabinets may be a bit outdated but the price makes up for it. Lots of trees, large pool, covered parking. I think the value is great, considering the size of the apartment. The area is wonderful - Hines drive and Newburgh Lake is basically in our back yard. 5 min from downtown Plymouth with all great restaurants, close to Northville and Canton.
