Many times, I have had just my daughter or my wife take a vehicle in. I feel confident they will be honest and not look down on them like some auto repair places have been in the past.

My experience as a first time customer has been GREAT!! We purchased a 2015 Jeep GC for my 16 year old grandson in August. Within 5 months it had a bad ticking sound. We learned it has the 3.6 V6 Pentastar engine that has issues with lifters and rocker arms. Had other shops quoting $3k - $4k to fix if the camshaft was also an issue. Came across Auto-Lab and Sean in our search along with good review. We made an appt for Sean to look at it. He said he could hear a lifter problem but wasn't sure if any of the camshafts would need replaced until they got in there. Sean was very knowledgeable on this engine and all the issues that comes with it. Has repaired a lot of the 3.6 Pentastar. He even offered an possible fix that we could try for a few hundred dollars that if it didn't work he would apply the money we paid to the additional repair. I decided to not try a Band-Aid fix and just get it repaired. It's my grandson's first vehicle and he needed it to help get his siblings to sport activities. His shop was very busy at that time was told it would probably be a week to get it in but we could leave it and if he could get it in earlier he would. He was able to get it in a day sooner. Called the next day with a quote to replace 4 lifters and 1 camshaft, his price was less than anyone else. I was able to pay over the phone and my grandson picked it up. He said his Jeep sounds great and he is so happy!!!! The waiting area was clean and smelled great! Everyone is very helpful and gave us great customer service. We would definitely be returning for future car repairs.

A friend suggested to me this place to get my back rotors changed. The last place I went to didn’t change my back ones because they could not get my car into maintenance mode, they told me to go to the dealership next. I was worried I was going to have to shell out money for the dealership but decided to give another shot somewhere before I went there and I’m glad I did. Super nice people and I’ll definitely be coming back here when I need things replaced or fixed.

This garage was suggested to me from a friend. I had a small front end suspension accident while picking up a family member from the Indy airport on a Thursday night. On Saturday morning my car was ready for pick. Stellar work!! A great price. Awesome personality and customer service. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! I took my jeep in to get an alignment. I was immediately greeted when I arrived. After taking a look at my vehicle, Sean told me that it was barely out of alignment and that they made some slight adjustments. He didn't charge me at all! I was also impressed with the way other customers were treated while I was waiting. They truly understand and practice exceptional customer service.

Great place! The manager I talked to, Chris, was a great guy (and a sparkling conversationalist)! His people clearly knew what they were doing, and to top it all off the cost was almost half what another place would have charged me (I went in to get part of my engine replaced). 9 am, Tire Barn had spoken to referred me to Auto-Lab when they couldn't break a lug nut loose and had two loose lug bolts. Get to tire barn pickup vehicle go to Auto Lab, 10 am, talk to Chris who was familiar, and business had picked up but they could get to it. 12 pm Chris calls with update and estimate and i gave go ahead. Business had really picked up but at 4 pm my vehicle is ready and barely $20 above estimate which definately was reasonable to me. Got back to tire barn in time to get tire replaced. Well Done and Thanx to the crew at Auto-Lab.

They are reliable, keep you up to date on the progress of the work being done, and have always answered questions in a timely manner. They are fairly and reasonably priced and do not rip you off! I went to a tire place to have my car looked at that was overheating when idling. They quoted me $6-$8,000 and said I needed everything from a complete new head, head gasket to a new heating and air conditioning unit. I quickly took it to Josh at Auto Lab and after he checked it, he informed me all I needed was a new thermostat and water pump and a couple of other small things. After he applied a nice discount, I paid $1,604.00 total and it runs like a gem!! The only place I'll ever go now will be Auto Lab!!!

I can highly recommend this Auto shop, the owner is directly involved in the day-day business of working with his technicians. They are honest and very knowledgeable and forthright about their diagnosis. For example I had a problem with my BMW, that was being recommended to replace brakes and calipers by BMW dealership! Avon auto told me that all I had was a rotor wearing problem, WOW! That’s a huge difference in cost of diagnostics… Huge! This is not the first time that I’ve taken my car there and gotten a different diagnosis on what needs done! It certainly won’t be the last time I take it there either! Love these guys!

I was having issues with the suspension on my 2012 Charger so I took it to auto lab to get looked at. A gentlemen named Matt called me back to give me the diagnosis that my struts needed to be replaced. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to turn around the project and it was extremely reasonably priced. The car rides great now so I have to thank the entire team. I’ll definitely be back for future repairs

So my engine light came on today and my automatic start wouldnt work, freaked me out. I called Shawn (Sean) and they were able to get me in today. I needed an oil change and once they reset the engine light my automatic start works again!(it doesnt work if your engine light comes on)🤦🏾♀️I'm so silly. But they reset my engine light, changed my oil and I'm super happy. Only thing was I had to wait, arrived at 12:21p car wasn't ready til almost 2p. Can't complain tho because it was same day service, I usually drop my car off to them. Friendly service and haven't been disappointed yet, thanks guys

Fixed a bunch of problems with my son's car in a little over 24 hours. Location is super convenient and easy to find. Avon traffic will never not suck, so that's really crucial. Price was right, especially for the time it took to get fixed. These guys are the real deal. Oh, and they're super friendly and no BS. This made me very happy, as having to take a car to get fixed is never fun.

Sean, the General Manager, is amazing. I hit a curb creating a hole in the tire and immediately going flat. His shop was the closest facility. He was going to help me change the tire to a spare. When we realized there was no spare he installed a used tire from his shop so I could get to another tire store that sold the kind of tire I had. He then called the other tire shop to let them know I would be on my way. All of this for free. When I offered to pay something he simply asked that I remember them when I had any car repair needs. You just don’t see this kind of service any more. Very impressed and I will be visiting this business for my future car repair needs.

I had rotors, brake pads, a caliper and hose ordered when I got there and no more than and hour and ten minutes later I was walking out of the shop. Traveling through from out of town and our vehicle started acting up in chick FIL a drive through across the street. They got us in quick diagnosed and gave an estimate. The part number for the alternator matches the carquest alternator at advanced auto that costs 211 and they did charge us 334 for the alternator. Got the part and installed quickly so we were only postponed on our trip a couple hours. Good labor price. Polite. We are very appreciative.

We were very cautious in the beginning because you never know if you have found a trust worthy mechanic or not. We ended up with a very expensive fix on our vehicle, however the company did amazing with their work and going over everything with us in detail. They took their time diagnosing this major problem because they wanted to be completely sure that this was the problem, especially since replacing the computer in your car is not cheap. I can say that not only was the job done great, the service was also amazing. I go here all the time for service and never once had any issue with these these guys until today ... well I needed brakes and oil done and was told a price and had the car prepaid bc I didn’t know who was picking up the car or how long it would take ... Well anyways once it was done, I get to the counter and was like we owe any extra and they SAID “Nope , you’re actually getting a refund of 173 dollars” ... I about fell on the floor ... literally never had a place be so professional about a situation regarding over charging it felt nice to get this but even better a company you can really rely on ! I had several issues with my car including the coolant system. I was referred by others to Auto-Lab, they gave me a fair quote and got right to work on my car. After the repair was made there was still an issue with overheating. I called them and explained the problem and they immediately sent a tow truck to pick up the car. The problem was caused by a defective part (which is not their mistake), they do use high quality name brand parts. They were kind enough to stay after hours to correct the problem even though they didn't have to, and they even delivered my car in person to my home well after normal business hours. This was very much appreciated because this is my only car. The defective part was not their fault and could not have been foreseen by any mechanic regardless of how good they are. They are very honest and helpful and I recommend Auto-Lab to anyone in need of an honest mechanic that won't try to charge too much or repair things that don't need repaired. THANK YOU AUTO-LAB!!! I WILL CONTINUE TO CALL AUTO-LAB FOR ALL MY MECHANIC NEEDS!

Definitely would recommend Auto Lab! They go above and beyond for service. My car died in Avon and they offered to come to my location to jump my car. I was able to get my car to the shop and they were able to get me in immediately because I travel for work and needed my vehicle right away. I’ve been back since for oil changes and some other Maitenance issues. They gave me recommendations on what actually needed to be fixed and not upselling or over charging me. Thanks Sean & Crew

I am new to the state and went looking for a auto shop to do regular maintenance and oil changes. when i arrived as a walk in (very close to closing time) they were unable to get me in that day so set me an appt for the next day. When i arrived the next day Sean took care of me right away and was absolutely wonderful!!! I will be using this place for my auto needs moving forward and highly recommend them to all!

I Recently Took My Car To Advance Automotive, I Was Told By A Friend That The Manager Shawn Will Take Care Of You Go See Him!! So I called Asked If I Could Speak With Shawn When Making The Appt And The Lady Said He Was With A Customer. When Arriving The Following Day They Didn't Have Me Down For My Appt, At That Time I Asked To Speak With Shawn The Young Girl Stated He Was No Longer With Advance !! I Stated I Just Called The Day Before And Was Told He Was With A Customer, So I Stayed And Had Them Check My Truck Out Anyways. Wrong Move!! They Came Back And Told Me All These Other Things That Where Wrong With My Truck, I Asked About The Initial Problem I Had Brought It In For. ( The Battery Light Being On ) it Was Like A Deer In The Head Lights , So She Then Went Back Out To Talk To The Technician As I Was Waiting There Was Another Customer In There That Said Shawn had Left A Couple Months Ago And That He Works For Auto Lab Now And Even Said This Was Going To Be Her Last Visit She Stated In Her Opinion Shawn Was Advance Automotive, So When The Girl Came Back . I Just Asked For My Keys And Left, Contacted Autolab And Talked To Shawn, I Explianed What Was Going With My Truck With No Hesitation He Walked Out With Me To My Truck Looked For About 2 Mins And Said Your Battery Cable Is Loose He Tighten The Cable Up And The Light Went Off Wow, I Said You Know I Went To Advance And They Told Me I Needed All Kinds Of Work Done, He Looked Over The Truck Didn't Charge Me And Stated The Truck Was In Good Working Order He Also Said Your Truck Only Has 88 Thousand Miles On It, Needles To Say Advance Automotive Is Not The Place You Want To Bring Your Vehicle, Auto lab is the place just ask for Shawn

After buying a used car that had more issues than I had expected, the people at Autolab were very informative on what the best options were for me going forward. The parts and labor were reasonably priced for what was needed, and they even provided transportation back to the shop when I didn't have any. There are still some fixes that have to be done on my vehicle, and I'll be sure to go back to them once the funds are available.

They were able to remove a cross threaded crushed and severely rounded lug nut and remove my wheel. Other shops had already given up. They had to torch it off but didn't ruin the wheel. I am Returning for some additional work.

Decent pricing, nice staff. Came back with warranty work after approx a year after they fixed it with no issues. I have a charger they have awful suspensions not the shops fault for the part breaking a second time.

I just had my transmission seal spring a huge leak, and it turned in to an emergency repair. I'm a real estate broker and rely on my car...and needed it fixed immediately. The folks at Autolab got me in immediately and put a rush on my repair. There service was terrific and their price was definitely fair. I use Autolab for all of my auto repairs. Great experience! I went in with noisy wheel bearings 1 week before my wedding with a limited budget (needless to say), hoping to get away with only replacing 1 side. No such luck. After beginning the work, they found bolts that were rounded off and a nail in my tire. I truly felt they cared about helping me and doing the job right. After having more done to the car than I had expected, how surprised was I when they came in under what they quoted me over the phone on price for just the bearings! They even balanced my tires for free to eliminate a wobble. Clean and friendly, this is where I will get my repairs done from now on!

Life savers!! The guys at Auto Lab saved my butt. I was attempting to put a leveling kit on my truck, and was unable to get one of the upper control arm bushings all the way off, and decided to just reassemble everything so I could have my truck for the weekend.. It was 2.15 on a Saturday afternoon when I called, and told them about my situation. We determined it was driveable to their location. Luckly enough they where able to move things around to get me in and probably fix the issue. ..... Needless to say we have an appointment Wednesday morning for them to put the leveling kit on for me. Thank you!!! Very trust worthy, and very honest company!
