Auto-Lab Express is a phenomenal place to get your oil changed. The customer service is flawless!!! The General Manager cares in a day and time where it's hard to find. They know their stuff too. With over 4 million views and replies under my belt, I can definitely say this is the place I would feel comfortable sending my wife or daughter without me being with them and know they'll be taken care of. I'll tell people this is one of those retro places where people would drive miles and miles to come to because of the great service. I definitely suggest giving them a try and you'll see why I'm posting all this positive information. They are located on the corner of 26th street and Western in Park Forest, IL. If you try them out, come back and let me know if I was right! Great job fellas!!!!

Absolutely great experience. I have never been treated so well at an oil change place. It's usually "move 'em in and move 'em out". But they took time and we very conscientious. The guys that worked on my car (I only remember Cruz' name) were great. Everything was explained, the prices were great and customer service amazing. They really know their stuff. I am sorry I can't remember everyone's name because they deserve to be mentioned.

This is the best place to go to if you need a tune up, oil change, or anything that is substantial to keeping your car in good standing. They do very good work on the ENTIRE CAR and are extremely flexible with the prices. All of the employees are punctual and they care about customer service over customer payment. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Chicago heights/Park Forest area.
