Our brine tank was full of water, so we called Ayers water system to come out and take a look. Tad was quick to respond, showed up on time and quickly diagnosed our issue. He had the parts on hand, was able to replace the broken pump in our system in under an hour and had the system back up and running. He stands behind his work and said to call if we encounter any issues. I'd definitely call Tad again if we have any further issues.

I notice that my water pressure was low. Tad came over and inspected the system. Found the problem was the filter I was using. I was using a 5 micron filter when I should have been using a 20 micron. Tad swapped out my old filter for a new one and problem resolved. He was kind enough to give me some general information on the water system and went on his way. I'd definitely use him again.

Tad was great to work with. Helped my family figure out what the best option was and very fair price compared to other water system companies. He installed an iron filter, pressure tank, and made some repairs on my current water softener system. Highly Recommend!

Tad installed our softener during the shutdown. We had other companies give us a quote as well. He was very open and honest with us about the information he has on the system he installs. His quote was in line with the other options we considered and he wore a mask without needing to discuss it, which we were very grateful for. This was around the peak of infections in the area and I had just started Chemo at the time. Not having to decide whether to ask someone to mask or take the risk was a big relief for us.

Very pleased with the service and knowledge provided by Tad and his team. He tested our water, gave us an estimate and had our system installed in a reasonable time. He cleaned up afterward, took the time to explain anything I had questions about and was just overall great. Best part is that our well water tastes and smells amazing! I had 6 well guys look at my well before talking to Tad. None wanted to find out what was wrong with my well, they just wanted to drill a new one for a lot of money. Tad quickly diagnosed the problem and showed me exactly what needed to be done. In 1 day, he fixed the well for 1/3 the cost of what the other guys wanted. I was completely satisfied and recommend him highly.

Tad installed our new well many years ago and has maintained it ever since. When our pump stopped working last week right after midnight he patiently talked with me over the phone first to see if a simple solution was the answer. When the obvious problems were ruled out, he was there the next morning by 9:30 am, diagnosed the issue (open winding in the motor) and was able to salvage the pump and only replace the motor, since the pump still had 10+ years of useful life. This saved us a lot of money and we had water back the same day. Tad is absolutely professional, honest, trustworthy, and knows wells and their issues thoroughly. Consistently outstanding service.
