I have nothing to say but positive things about this company! My mother resides in a long term care facility in Michigan that does not provide patient care or transportation for their residents to and from doctors appointments. While I have siblings there in Michigan they are not involved in helping with the care of my mother and I currently live out of state. I have used CareOne Senior Care services multiple times to take my mom to doctors appointments and they have been a GREAT resource for me! C Ann (Carrie) and Michaela have been so wonderful and caring in regards to my situation with my mother. Everytime I need their service they have been prompt with scheduling appointments. Their care team has been great with making sure my mother arrives to and from her appointments on time and that she is well taking care of! There rates are very reasonable as well. Honestly, I don't know what I would have done without CareOne Senior Care services! I would recommend anyone that needs help with taking care of an elderly parent or relative to give CareOne Senior Care a call!

Thank you Care One Seniort Care for all that you have done for my husband Brian. His Care Manager has helped us at 3 am when he was extremely ill and his caregivers are amazing! The billing office has worked with us during this hard time also, we have fallen behind and they HAVE never once threatened to discontinue services they have worked with us. When I have a concern or need to make a change I am always able to contact scheduling or billing with no issues and with a quick response. I love that we are treated like family and human. CareOne Senior Care saved my dads life. My dad was resistant to care he was combative he hurt himself he was a mess . When we loss all hope the amazing care management team quickly got a team together together to help my dad and even with him being in the hospital his caregivers stay with him. This home service will go above and beyond for the the people they care for including the family. We are so great full for everything this company has done for dad. I can't find enough words to express how good we feel about CareOne. My wife is suffering from dimentia and it was becoming too difficult for both of us to cope with the disease without help. After making some calls we were told about CareOne. Erica, our care manager answered all our questions and took great care selecting the perfect match for our needs. We couldn't be happier with the care we're getting from our care giver and would highly recommend CareOne to anyone needing senior home care. They're the best.

I used CareOne Senior Care for about two years for caregivers to assist with my mother. I was very pleased with the services. Among the most impressive features of the agency is its ability to get a caregiver on short notice. They respond to flexible schedules and periodic needs unlike some agencies. Someone is on call to address service needs 24-hours. Staff are well prepared for their job duties and are caring and respectful. I have referred friends to this agency and strongly recommend them.

We contacted CareOne to care for our 95 year old mother after she fell and broke her hip. They provided her with care 24 hours a day seven days a week. My mom loved her caregivers. This is by far the most on top of it company I have seen thus far. They ACTUALLY put the clients needs first! A lot of companies claim to do the same, however, this is the first I have seen actually back it up! If you're looking to obtain care for your loved one, or yourself, you're in good hands here!
