My personal interaction with the representative..It was a very traumatic time in our family relationship, as a result, He was left dangling, He was dedicated enough to follow up in the background and give us leads which finally led us back to a facility where we anticipate being very satisfied

Bernie Fechter @ Care Patrol is definitely the "nursing home whisperer". I told him what we needed and he immediately knew where to send us. After visiting only three facilities we had our home for my loved one. Highly recommended.
