Overall, I am satisfied with the services I received from ComeForCare. With the exception of there having been a few instances where a caregiver did not show up for work, and the Comforcare staff was unable to find me a replacement, leaving me without help for the day. I am not always able to get a family member as back up to assist me, due to the fact that many of them either still work themselves, or are busy otherwise. Those family members who do not work, also have health issues themselves.

I been using the caregiver services of ComForCare for my mother for about 10 years. She had a stroke and the company provided the hours that I needed so that my mother who needs the physical assistance in addition to bathing and toileting needs. Also she needs the meals prepared with giving her medicine for the 2 meals. We had a handful of caregivers initially over the years for the hours we needed til only 2 caregivers served as a good fit form my mother. The office staff is friendly, committed to working with you in order to find the right caregiver for your loved one, and definitely maintain the communication with you via phone or email. I continue to use ComforCare services for my mom in addition to adult day care setting providing care too just to get my mom out of the house for more socialization. I would recommend that f you are in a situation that you want of keep your loved one in their own home or yours, consider ComForCare service.

I have been with ComForCare for almost 4 months. What made me choose this company over (many) others was that they had experience in the HHA program. The onboarding was as smooth as can be. Every staff member I have interacted with has been friendly, professional and quick to answer any questions via text or email. In early May, 2024 my Nurse Navigator, Emily first suggested ComForCare to me. I had appointments with two executives and signed on for 5 hours of help per day seven days a week. Since I had been at Marquette’s rehab center to gain strength and mobility due to degenerative disc disease, I needed help with dressing, bathing, shampooing, making meals, running errands and performing household chores. After the first two weeks of receiving care from one personal care aide, she discovered another calling so ComForCare sent me Sandra who is mature and proves to be an excellent fit for the job. She is dependable and capable of doing what is requested and needed. It is obvious she likes her work and exhibits much care and compassion. For two nights a week I have been fortunate enough to have another wonderful helper named Marianne. She is a people person who is concerned and helps me in any way to have a better quality of life. I feel so fortunate to have both of these ladies helping me. Marianne recently extended her hours to include the Saturday morningshift. In addition Takeda, a Care Coordinator with ComForCare, has been an excellent liaison between the main office and me. She always returns my calls and texts in a rapid manner. When looking for a place for my mom ComForCare was suggested to us by the hospital where my mom was admitted at the time. They have been caring for her for quite sometime now and I have to say that we are very happy with their caregivers. They go above and beyond to care for my mom. If there are any concerns the care coordinator Takeda Blackwell will reach out to me. She is always so helpful and willing to work with us so mom receives the best care possible. i have had a good experience overall. Tracy Bowers is my caregiver. She's very good at driving where I need to go. She's also good at fixing meals. What i don't lile is that she frequently leaves early for bus trips. She has been frequently leaving all day and taking bus field trips.I didn't know this waspart of the deal. Scheduler LaToya does a fine job scheduling the caregivers. If a caregiver cannot come to her scheduled appointment, LaToya works diligently to find a replacement. All the caregivers she has assigned to me have worked out just fine. They are very nice, accommodate my needs, and make fine companions when I need to do a little shopping.

Miss Latoya works very hard on trying to find AIDS for me, especially since I'm in and out of the hospital and a lot of the AIDS do not want to stay, which is understandable because they are not making any money. Marianne has been providing companion care for my mother for close to six months. The care and concern she gives my mom is second to none. She is so kind! When my mother was having medical issues, Marianne was very in tune with what was going on and provided tender care. Almost every evening she sends a warm, thoughtful text message with her observations and special notes. Caring for an elderly parent is a hard task and can be emotional. I know when Marianne is with my mom, I have no worries. As a family we could not be more pleased with ComeForcare and especially their employee, Marianne.

Very open with her communication Takita is also so helpful with any situations that arise and the are solved very fast. Lanita is amazing with nursing care . Latoya is awesome with scheduling. I have had a wonderful experience with all of the ladies I have worked with. This company knows I depend in them as I am so far away from my parents . Miss Takeda and the staff have been wonderful to my 91 year old mom, who struggles with alzheimers. If there were more than 5 stars, that’s what I would give! Kelly stepped right in and managed to smooth a difficult situation with my elderly mother who has no family in town, and has Alzheimer’s. ComForCare became her family so she wouldn’t be alone in her home. Tanika and Don took care of her 24/7. They protected her, entertained her, fed her like a queen, performed housekeeping duties, and took care of her bathing and grooming. Tanika even took my mother to get her nails done! The entire team at ComForCare was there for us and was a godsend. Thank you.
