We used ComForCare based out of Slidell and Metairie. The caregivers that came into our home were experienced and extremely caring. The office staff bent over backwards to make sure we had coverage. Even though there were several times we would change our minds about the schedule, they never complained and were always able to accommodate our needs. We would definitely use them again should the need arise. Thank you for all that you did for us!!

Outstanding service and care in every way!! From our initial call to closing our account, ComForCare's staff provided quick, professional and complete care for our family needs. Our initial call was a short-notice request for caregiver services. The administrators listened to our situation, advised us on their levels of service, and addressed our needs promptly. The request was handled quickly, and a qualified caregiver was provided promptly. During the care period, ComForCare's staff kept us advised and were very flexible in arranging continued care. They were a pleasure to work with at all times. The whole experience was handled very professionally. They have our highest recommendation!

We had a wonderful experience with the hospice house and comforcare. Jennifer, who is one of their nurse aids, went above and beyond for our family. She made sure my mother in law was very comfortable and even gave her a sponge bath the day she passed. Jennifer made a lasting impression on my entire family. We will never forget the amount of empathy and care she gave not only to my mother in law, but to the rest of the family. Thank you for providing our community with such great care givers especially during the end of life process.
