My husband had a total knee replacement surgery and as a busy working woman I was concerned about his after care. ComForCare to the rescue! I was able to go about business knowing he had capable assistance in our home. All of the caregivers were kind and courteous. I would use this service again in a heartbeat.

In August 2020 I brought my wife home from a memory care facility because of the Covid pandemic. Recognizing that I wasn’t able to care for my wife on my own, I searched for Home Aide Care. I spoke with a former manager of the memory care facility and she recommended ComeForCare. After speaking with Matt Blanton of ComeForCare, I hired an aide for 9 hours a day Monday through Friday. I am very pleased with their services. The aide anticipates what needs to be done and is a great companion for my wife. Her presence allows me to do my tasks without worry. I couldn’t be more pleased.

This is Beverly (Mixon) Keller. Comforcare took great care of my Dad after he suffered from a hemorrhagic stroke. Their caregivers are trained well and are compassionate with their clients. This was the number one company recommended by our case worker at the New Braunfels Regional Rehabilitation Hospital. Matt, the owner, met with us while my Dad was still in the rehab hospital. He provided all information and then met us at my parents home upon my Dad’s release. Matt ensured that the house was ADA compliant and that there were no safety issues. The caregivers became part of our family. They cooked, bathed, and provided companionship to my Dad as well as my Mom. During the time they were servicing my Dad, my Mom fell and broke her shoulder thereby unable to care for my Dad as well as needed, as she was needing care. Comforcare hopped right in and began caring for my Mom as well until her shoulder healed. I cannot say enough good things about them and would highly recommend them. Thank you Matt, Evie, Carol and Wendy for all you did for my parents. God bless you all.

Matt and his wonderful workers took care of my grandparents after they both had strokes the same day! My Grandfather started calling them his girls and always looked forward to seeing their happy faces daily! Such a great group who truly care for those they work with!

Matt and the professional caregivers at ComForCare couldn’t be more wonderful! Our family was blessed to have these fine people take care of our aging parents through a series of health crisis. When they first came to us Mom was still active and able to get around. Shortly after Mom’s illness, Dad too had a health issue and needed help. To say that we were overwhelmed is an understatement! The angels From ComForCare stepped in and cooked, walked the dog, and did light housekeeping. My parents felt very comfortable having these folks in their home. As Mom’s health declined the ComForCare angels provided us with increased services and hours. Matt, the owner, checked in with me frequently and let me know any schedule changes in advance. If I needed to make any changes he was always willing to work with me. I could always get in touch with Matt. We were able to keep Mom at home for her last days ONLY because of our ComForCare angles who stayed with us around the clock! Words do not do justice to the wonderful service that ComForCare provides. They were a godsend to us. i would highly recommend this company!

My dad came to his home from a nursing home facility in San Marcos, to enter hospice. I contacted ComForCare and was quickly given information by Matt and his staff, for 24/7 nursing care. Matt visited his home, and we had a family meeting there, as he assessed the situation. He gave us all the recommendations we needed to bring Dad home, and together with hospice, made a plan. Dad was attended to by ComForCare staff with professionalism and kindness. Although our days necessary were brief, I will never forget the compassionate and genuine care our family received from Matt and the staff. The empathy and personalized attention we received from this company was greatly appreciated at such a difficult time of need.

Very satisfied and pleased with the care my husband receives while I take much needed breaks. These caregivers are educated in caring for dementia and Parkinson's patients. I can enjoy some time away from home confident that he is safe and in good hands. He needs more than the babysitters provided by the more popular caregiver companies, one of which allowed him to stay in bed all day without being fed, changed, or given his medications. I thank God for these girls who put the "care" into care-giving.

Their name says it all! “COME FOR CARE“. We tried a Hospice recommended caregiver previously and were absolutely devastated at the lack of training, communication, skill set of caregivers and most of all the number of times a caregiver did not show up! ComforCare is like a breath of fresh air! First of all my Mom likes all her caregivers and it is obvious they have received quality training AND we like her caregivers as well. The annual assessment done by Matt is thorough and detailed. Communications, reports, and billing are timely and spot on. We thank our neighbor every time we see him for recommending ComforCare to us. His mother was a client and he was very pleased with their services. All I can say is “Life is Good” for my mother, my husband and I because of the quality of ComforCare employees and staff.

This company saved my dad from being put in a facility. They gave him 24 hour care at the end of his life and he was not easy to care for. Matt and all the workers made sure that he was comfortable and safe. My dad had respect and joy because of this team. I recommend them to anyone who needs a care group. All the caregivers that worked with my Mother-in-Law were wonderful. They actually cared about Lois and were knowledgable about how to help her and work with her, given her dementia.
