Kelly Phillips is by far the best lawer I've ever had! I've been through a lot of law firms throughout my kids lives trying to get the courts to listen, and had zero good results with all of them except Kelly. I really feel that she cares about her clients and their situations. She will also not mislead you for a dollar. She told me it might not go my way, and asked if I was sure a few different times. But I pressed and so glad I did! The way Kelly Phillips handle my case and talked to the judge was amazing! She is a true professional and I would recommend her to all of my family and friends.

I was referred to Kelley Phillips from a family member. I met with her and knew right away I would retain her to represent me in divorce proceedings. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and experienced in this field, but she is kind and supportive. There were times I left her office feeling like I left a therapy session. Divorce is always difficult, but Kelley always kept a positive and confident attitude that I appreciated and needed. There is no doubt she she is an excellent attorney, and her legal assistant, Charla, was always available and quick to answer questions or give me information on behalf of Kelley. When I read all the reviews on her website I'm surprised at how many retained Kelley as their attorney, she makes you feel like you're her only client and her undivided attention to your situation is her upmost priority. I would highly recommend Kelley, and am thankful for the recommendation I received when looking for a lawyer.

Ray Waldo had helped my sister out with a family matter she had. I came in once just to ask (after already hiring a different lawyer) his thoughts on my present case, That had not technically started in the courts. He was very nice to just look over my paperwork and give his general thoughts on the whole thing. After I had gotten another lawyer closer to the case, which was in the UP. Thinking my Lord down state and him would work together. That did not happen. As everything settled down I had to get rid of my lawyer in the UP because he was, as I like to call him, a slum lawyer. And I had already left the lawyer down here due to time passing with nothing happening and his schedule. I received a letter in the mail from the opposing lawyer and I literally had two days to stop what they were doing. My sister said call Waldo. Not going to lie, I literally called crying. Forward 2 months-- he has been on top of my case. In constant contact with the opposing lawyer. Has not talked down to me like the other lawyers I have had. And explain everything to me and answered all my questions I had to where I could understand. Although my case is not finished, I've never been more happy and more calm, knowing that I have him in the corner. Thank you Mr. Waldo. The last 5 years have beaten me up. Mentally and emotionally. You are the only reason, as of now, that I am able to breathe just a little easier, no matter the outcome. When I called 3 years ago to this office and pressed option 4 … for Raymond Waldo. . I had no idea we would end up being represented by the greatest attorney we could have ever asked for. One thousand percent will recommend him and will use him if needed for anything again. We had two very intricate ,complex and complicated cases back to back.Family law case and then a very complicated extensive probate court case. Raymond Waldo was beyond helpful. Always in contact about what the steps will be and how we’re moving along. Always reaching out as soon as possible with updates. When things went way left in both cases.. he was truly on top of every thing. Every single time we hit a road block Mr. Waldo made a way. Throughout both cases we were shown so much compassion and so much respect. He made us feel confident that our case would be resolved and they were in entirety. He’s respectful of your time , your money and your case. He listens more than he talks. Very very intelligent, humble and kind. We’re forever grateful for this practice having someone like him. My divorce was a complicated one, involving unusual issues with the property division and a long separation. Of course I wanted to get what felt like a fair settlement, so I met with several attorneys before deciding on Kelley McLean Phillips. Each time I met with her she gave me just a little bit of homework, such as digging up old statements, requesting old checks, etc. She could tell when I felt overwhelmed and reassured me that it would be worth it in the end, and she was right. We were three times more prepared than my ex-husband's attorney! She was good about keeping my expectations realistic, reminding me that "no one wins in a divorce." She couldn't have been more thorough or prepared. Although she is extremely professional, she felt like a friend by the time my divorce was final.
