We had a great time. It is a very safe place for the kids to play and explore. It looks clean. There are snacks and drinks for purchase. I think the elevated costs keep the number of people down inside. There is an under 3 years old playarea along with the multilevel older child area.

We love this place and visit a few times a year. Today we visited for the first time since summer began, and HOLY HOT. Thermostat is set to 78 degrees, and that's at floor level. The higher you climb, the hotter it gets. I brought 3 kids, all excited to play, and in 15mins in they were all sweating, complaining about the heat, and asking to leave. Thinking we'll wait for a cooler season before we visit again. Edit: Since posting the review, it has gotten noticeably cooler in the building. Thanks for correcting, rating changed accordingly.

Great place to bring your little loved one to have a great time and play with other kids. Parents can enjoy watching them having fun or just relaxing reading a book. Kids will play for hours and will be nice and tired when they get home. Love this place. Also, very clean and friendly staff. A/C works great too.

Best birthday party we’ve ever had! We had a 6 year old birthday party there. Perfect for this age, and the 3-8 year old kids in attendance. Jungle Java made it so easy and convenient. The kids had a blast and the parents were free to chat. Everything was perfect and stress-free! It’s clean and safe, and they nailed it with decorations. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to let your kids have a great time! It’s so convenient, you can order kid friendly and adult food, and they have great coffee. I had my daughter’s birthday party there and it was a great event. They took care of everything even a beautiful Baby Shark theme. It was so nice to show up and enjoy my kid’s party instead of stress and wait on everyone in my home.

We took three kids ages 3.5, 6 and 8 on a freezing winter day. They all had a blast and we stayed about three hours. It's clean (enough. Idk what some people expect with a bunch of kids running around) they have a large selection of typical kids food. It's not extremely expensive. The woman working, I assume the owner, was awesome. She was by herself and was taking care of business! There was a party and the place was pretty busy since it was a Sunday. She kept everything running and the coffee full! I think this type of place is mostly geared to kids over the age of 3. There isn't a whole lot to do if they are younger but your mileage may vary. Would definitely return!

We had a party here for my 3 year old and it was wonderful! Booking was easy with lots of options, and the staff the day of the event were so helpful. The only thing I brought was cupcakes and they handled everything else. It also helps that my son had a blast :) can’t recommend this place enough!

Held a private Birthday party for my son yesterday and it could've not gone better than it did. Denise is a one-woman-army. She managed everything and the guests were surprised on how things went smoothly and we had almost nothing to worry about, from decoration, party props, plates, napkins - all of them based on a new game theme! Food was just outstanding and to be honest, a bit of a surprise to me. I don't expect food to be of such quality in such venues, but it really took all our guests by surprise. Thanks Denis for making it happen. Highly recommend JJ for parties and otherwise!

We had the best party for my daughter’s second birthday! If you want a private party that is worry free and a fantastic customer service experience then look no further. This place is the best at this and they really know what they are doing! They deserve every penny I paid. They decorated and set up the tables and did all I asked for and more. Denise and her son took great care of us and our guests. We had 2 year olds and 7 year olds at the party and they had a blast.

I have no idea what all the negative reviews are about. My first time here today, my wife and son's second time, and everything is great. Plenty of space to play even though it's a busy Saturday afternoon. Lots of climbing, slides, even a zip-line style swing. The staff are wonderful. The "jungle" setup of the play place is pretty cool, and clearly in theme with the painted jungle scenes on the walls and stuffed animals all over. Coffee drinks, hot chocolate and slushies, are about the same as any other independent cafe. Sure the food and snacks are slightly overpriced for mass produced typical fare... same as any other place with a captive audience. Floors are a bit worn and clearly well used, but not at all unreasonably dirty like some have said. Anyone with kids should easily understand the level of tracked-in outdoor particles. And my son (4yo) was perfectly happy to run himself tired, for the first time in ages. All in all a great experience for me to sit and watch him and relax with a nice Salted Carmel Latte.

They went above and beyond ensuring that our party was taken care of throughout our whole time there. The decorations and attention to detail were great as well. Would highly recommend!

Great place to take the children to play and give the parents a lil relief for the kids to burn some extra energy off; however, beware eat before you go there because the food is not that great and a a little on the pricey side. For $8 you can get a personal cheese pizza with 4 slices only, whereas at little Caesars you can get a large pizza extra for that amount or a lil higher depending on added toppings.

Fun place for the kids to run off some energy for a few hours. 10 dollars a kid, 2 dollars each adult. Separate toddler area, with a couple slides and animals. Our toddler played in both areas. Must have socks, although they carry socks if you forget. Concession is typical cost of a place like this. About 6 dollars for a kids meal that includes an entree (chicken tenders, hot dog, or mini pancakes) a side (go gurt, applesauce, chips, pudding etc), and a drink (soda, milk, juice, water). For just a little more, they have several adult offerings from sandwiches to salads and wraps. There are also some cute toys and plush animals for sale in a jungle theme, but they are not right in your face so it's easy to avoid if you aren't buying. The entry is closed off with a gate, so you can feel confident letting your little run around and play while you sit and watch. Enjoy!

As I sit here at a table in Jungle Java, I am fighting back tears, of joy! My children (3 & 6) have not once demanded I crawl into the play structure with them. They have made friends and are being independent. Is this what coffee tastes like? I haven't sat still and enjoyed it for 6 years. This place is amazing!!

Brought my 2 year old, and unfortunately, there's only one small area for kids her size to play (safely). The food was good and kid friendly. If you're a parent, I would recommend bringing comfy clothes and being available to keep an eye on your kiddos, it can get a little rowdy.

Excellent place for birthdays or playtime. I recently visited this indoor playground with my kids and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The playground itself was a blast for my daughter, with plenty of fun activities and games to keep them entertained for hours on end. What really set this place apart, though, was the fact that they also serve delicious coffee and food. As a parent, it can be tough to find a place where both the kids and adults can have a good time, but this indoor playground nailed it. I was able to enjoy a hot latte while my kids played nearby, and we all enjoyed some tasty treats from their menu. Overall, I would highly recommend this indoor playground to any parents looking for a fun and relaxing day out with the kids. It's the perfect place to let your kids run wild while you sit back, relax, and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. 5 stars!

I take my 2 boys (5 and 10) here to let them unwind in the winter. Great place for kids to play and meet new friends. I haven't tried the food, but the coffee is very good. Would be 5 stars with extended hours. A couple more hours of availability after school would be awesome.

We celebrated my son's birthday there this weekend and had a great time. The entire process was very easy - I did 99% of it online with one quick follow up call to finalize a few details the Monday before. They were flexible when we had two late RSVPs and even added extra menu items on the day of the party. The day of the everything was as expected. The staff there was on top of everything, very welcoming to our guests and made my son feel like a king for the day. You don't need to do anything - they provide everything including the cake, decor, balloons, plates etc. (this depends on what package you order.) Highly recommend!

A hidden gem for those "what now" days. I was looking for a place to go with my daughter that we've never been and an indoor playground is a great idea. The floors, table tops and bathrooms are clean. There's plenty of adult seating including a small area with couches and the "Jungle" is big and diverse enough to present a challenge. So you can't bring food in because they want you to try their unique menu which includes a grilled cheese pretzel sandwich and a specialty drink called "pure heaven mocha". $10 to get in(per adult), no obligation to spend anything after that. Great place if you ask me.

Great indoor jungle gym for small children. Staff is usually pleasant and place is about as clean as you can keep it with children running around everywhere. I do wish they had staff monitoring the bigger play area. A lot of the bigger kids are rough and trample over the little ones. It would be nice to have a staff mediator who monitors that area and enforces rules. It can be uncomfortable to have to check someone's kid or seek their parent out to discuss their kids being rough.

We brought our kids (age 2 and 4) and they had a blast! They have an area for kids 3 and under, but my 2 year old loved the bigger play area. Their seating area is a perfect view of the play area, and drinking coffee is the best thing to do while watching them play. We came a little late in the evening on a Tuesday( around 3pm) and it wasn’t crowded at all. Will definitely come back!

Fun place to let your kids run around in. Basically a McDonald's playplace on steroids. Only complaint is there are not many electrical outlets to charge phones.

Great place to relax with a cup of Java while the kids having a blast. There is plenty things to do, from climbing, sliding, zip line, basketball, and a toddler and baby safe area. The staff is helpful and fast service.

We love going here when the weather isn't suitable for playing outside. It's clean but it could definitely use some maintenance/updating in some areas. I have had the food but their specialty coffee drinks are pretty tasty.

A very cool place for kids to run around. The toddler area is where i was with my 1 year olds and they loved it. Everything was clean enough that i didn't worry about my kids running around too much. The one issue i had is that there was little enforcement of the age limit in the toddler zone, aside from parents policing themselves. Several times groups of 4 and 5 year olds would come running through. Kids playing don't pay much attention, certainly to 1 year olds walking and crawling, so i wish either the kids' parents or the staff would have helped keep the big kids in the appropriate area.

I was VERY leary of coming after reading others reviews. Either alot has changed or you are all petty whiners. It is Sunday afternoon and crazy here BUT it is as clean as can be expected. Service was fast and friendly. COFFEE is a step below Starbucks but way better than Timmy's or Dunkin. Didn't get any food. Why would you buy food at any of these places anyway? Maybe the owners took note of the reviews, maybe they thinned the heard, maybe this is how it has always been. Hell it's better than Airtime and their booming pop music!

Excellent! The kids love this place. Food is just okay. Had a birthday party there. The website is confusing, but a call to the location took care of that. The manager was extremely helpful. The party was great. They let us bring in our own cake.

It is what it claims to be. Clean enough and drinks are ok (not the worst and not the best,also a little overpriced). But the point of the thing is for kids to play while you work or relax, right? For that purpose this place works well. Play structure was clean, well maintained, and big enough that I could follow my kiddos around. It was surprisingly pretty open so that you can keep an eye on the little ones while sitting, too.

This was our first time there and we had a nice experience. It was empty, likely because it was an early Sunday afternoon. Our little one was not big enough for the main play area, but he had a great time in the toddler area. We did not try any coffee or food, but we did get a couple of cookies and water, all of which were overpriced, but what can you expect? We left before at least 4 birthday parties were scheduled to begin at 3pm.
