We had a great experience renting from them. Don’t think the renting experience gets much better. They are organized, have a great online portal to handle pretty much everything, and their employees are great. Our rent prices were very fair for the size of house and area. Jessica was our main agent who helped us and everything was great. Their maintenance team is the best I’ve seen for a rental company. They know A LOT about fixing houses and fixing things correctly.

I lived at one of their apartment buildings for one year and I definitely had my doubts in the beginning but their maintenance man is SO kind, professional and timely. Any questions I had they were happy to answer, are understanding and readily available after hours if needed. From management to the cleaning crew, everyone is professional and kind. I recently moved into an apartment complex managed by MMPM, and I've had a great experience. All of my calls (both pre and post move-in) are answered promptly, and every employee I've spoken with has been kind and helpful - especially my agent, Joy, who answered all of my questions with patience and friendliness. The company even sent a plumber to my apartment at 10:00 PM on a Saturday when I had late-night bathroom issues during my move-in, who fixed the problem on the spot. MMPM is by far the most attentive property manager I've worked with, and I would gladly work with them again in the future.

What a great company to work with. This company found us a tenant in less then a week, with a 4 year lease!!! My wife and i were pleased with the service and professionalism with everyone here. Our renters wanted to purchase home at end of lease and back out at last minute, we were very upset, but thanks to Mi. Management, who listed our home and we sold in less then 2 weeks, with full asking price, way to go Mi. Management and all the help from Brad. My wife and i have recommended this company to some of our friends ,who were playing landlord themselves, and decided to go with this company and so far everyone is happy. Dear Michigan Management folks. I want express my gratitude for the success story you have made for me with my 10 houses in Detroit. The income in 2016 was $42,404 and in 2017 was $84,744. It doubled! Some of the stellar successes stories are the Courville house that jumped from $3050 to $12,500 in the year and the gross rent at the Mendota house went from $450 to $7751 in the same period. I have lived under Michigan property management for about a year and a half; great company! Whenever I had an issue with my home, they would send maintenance out right away and have the problem fixed. Brad is extremely nice and helpful! Joy is great as well and helped me at the beginning of the journey and provided me with a personal cell to contact her if i needed anything. Definitely would recommend anyone looking for property or to rent to go these people! Thanks again you guys!

Michigan Management & Property Maintenance were excellent to me and my family. When we needed an issue repaired, they would send someone to fix it the next day or the day after. Whenever I had questions, Sheila Miller had all the answers, she is a jewel. Graylon, from the 1st day I obtained the keys to the house until I returned the keys, you made our 4 1/2 years of renting lovely and easy. Our prior renting experience was horrible. MMPM changed our outlook and I appreciate knowing you can obtain excellent customer service while renting and paying your rent every month on time. I pray that the next occupants loves it like we did. We treated the property like it was ours. I told Graylon, if I had not purchased my own home, I would have remained with MMPM, the originators.

Jeff was awesome I rented his property on Mecca year's ago never missed payments always on time when I needed something done he was there no problems.now I left his agency and it's been hell renting from the property management I'm renting from now. I seen a home that they have on Oakfield hope he can help with renting it too me since he knew I was one of his best tenant's.its going to be hard since this other property management put a money judgement on me trying to retaliate against me for exercise my rights. I never had this problem with Jeff or Michigan Management ever.please help

My wife and I have been renting a home through MMPM for about 6 years. Other than our issue about having to pay a process fee to pay for the monthly rent, there haven't been any other complaints to anyone at MMPM. Anytime we had an issue with the home, they were on it with in 24 hours. We had a really nice landlord who took care of the home. So that made things easier when needing repairs. Paying rent online was easy and never an issue processing payment. They also update their website a few years go and it is a lot easier to navigate through. They keep a history of all cases and documents. Anytime we had to call them directly they were always professional and answered any questions. This year the landlord wanted to sale the home and we deiced to purchase it before it ended up on the market. MMPM made the process really easy to purchase the home. It was nice while rent through them because they took care of any issues. Now as a home owner that is up to us. Thank you MMPM!

The place I rented was managed by Michigan Management and they were a pleasure to deal with. I had a total of 3 work orders to fix things that broke, and they were out there within a day or two, and the person they sent was great at fixing anything that needed fixing. I would definitely rent a Michigan Management property again! I got all of my security deposit back, which was great because I hung a lot of pictures.

When I originally signed my lease 5 years ago, I had several different things to say about MMPM. However, the company has since revamped their management & staff, and the service/treatment has greatly improved! I thought I owed it to MMPM to make mention of this! Maintenance issues are taken care of quite promptly (although the home OWNER has to approve it before any service can be performed by MMPM). I believe all of my problems/repairs have been addressed ASAP by maintenance staff, and if anything does get brushed aside or postponed it's due to the owner, not MMPM themselves. My property manager, Graylon, is great; he is easy to get in touch with & always responds swiftly. Compared to the pre-10/2015 staff, I noticed a HUGE difference in the way I was treated from the first time I spoke with him. Very personable & polite as well! Sheila is also very helpful, any general issues not managed directly by Graylon are usually taken care of by her (in my experience). Sheila always makes sure to keep me in the loop regarding any current issues (this was not the case years ago, and customer service/communication are one of the most important things I expect from a company). To anyone reading this, I just wanted to confirm the changes that have been made in the past few years. Reading old reviews & comments may deter you from doing business with MMPM, and I wanted to make sure that didn't happen!

I like how straight foreword they are. I looked at one of their available apartments and Joy called back that same day within an hour telling me i got the apartment. When you call, sometimes Sheila doesn't answer but she does call back the same day. If there is anything wrong with my apartment they are able to come in the next day to fix the problem. I would totally recommend anyone to look for an apartment through this company! Although i personally dont like electric stove, overall this unit in Lincoln Park is amazing! The Portal helps tremendously as well, love how i can pay my rent online.

They handle their business. Yall pay the rent, yall get the job done. When you have a problem, you call, they on it. You call Sheila and report any maintenance issues, they are on it right away. You don't have to wait two or three days to get the job done.

We moved from Tennessee to Michigan, honestly didn't know what to expect, ended up finding a fabulous realtor named Anthony James, who led us to this wonderful property management company. Michigan Management was spectacular, we were not expecting five star service, but that is what we got each and every-time. As soon as we had an issue, they sent somebody to fix it, and not just anybodies either, people who were genuinely kind and considerate with A+ customer service skills! Wonderful time management, and straight forward expectations from their end also. We honestly would have liked to have stayed longer under their management, but moved closer to work. Thank you Michigan Management, for setting an excellent standard for which we shall compare all others from this point on!

I cant seem to understand all these low reviews!! I have been with Michigan Management for about a year and a half, and dont plan on leaving!! I was sick for a couple of months and was backed up on my rent they helped!! I can call the hotline for issues with my unit and someone is out the next day. Very polite never rude, its more of a family than business. BTW thanks Jeff for everything!!!

Since MMPM has taken over the management of my properties a couple of years ago, it has been excellent all around. The reporting function is very good and easy to use, especially for filing tax returns! The single point of contact implemented recently is a very good idea, makes it very easy to work with my property manager. All issues, if any, are well communicated and followed up regularly when required. All in all, a very good experience for me working with MMPM. Thank you for looking after my properties and do keep up the good work!
