Mjm Restoration is definitely the company to call when you want quick, professional help. That came right over when I called about a good size pipe leak that made a wet mess of my bathroom. Brought many large fans to dry out the bathroom and then discovered the laundry room was also wet behind the wall. What I thought was a small leak actually was much larger than expected. Mjm Restoeation took charge and handled everything promptly and efficiently Thumbs up 👍 here!!

We had significant damage to multiple levels of our home. MJM worked with us to repair water damage and broken pipes, as well as installing new flooring, bathroom fixtures, and kitchen cabinetry. They were good at keeping in touch with us and the house looked brand new at the end.

I've had multiple experiences with MJM Restoration now. About 5 years ago we called them to do a whole home restoration when responding to a burnt oven incident that left smoke damage all throughout a 2 story colonial in Sterling Heights. I've used them for a bathroom restoration due to a leak, and now I've used them for a basement restoration because of a waste back up. Working with Mike Tackman Senior and Mike Tackman Junior was a great experience every single time. I'd recommend MJM Restoration to anyone. They worked well with multiple insurance companies. The Tackmans are extremely experienced and they have great people working for them.

Cleanup from sewer backup in basement: MJM did a thorough cleaning job. We contacted them and they were able to come and look over the damage and they came back the next day and cleaned up everything.

Had 3" water in basement from snowmelt and four days of rain, storm drains backed up. Many in neighborhood had flooded basements. Called MJM restorations around noon on Friday, by dark, water was drained and floor dried up, fans in place for four days. Very satisfied service, great folks to work with. If necessary, will not hesitate to call again. Thank you MJM.

I'm so, so happy I called MJM to help us get through our burst pipe disaster. Ed and his team are awesome! Rare to run across the honesty and concern they showed us as we dealt with a major flood in my mom's condo. We debated hiring a company or tackling the job ourselves. Ed from the start of his walk through guided us on how to take care of the problem, telling us key things to do, knowing we may not go with his company. He genuinely cared about our situation and making sure we were armed with the right knowledge to get it taken care of appropriately. Rare and very refreshing to experience this type of genuine concern. After a run down of the scope and receiving a very fair price, the guys kicked into high gear on the spot and went to work. Nothing but a great experience as the guys cleaned up our nightmare. Super friendly crew and efficient. Big THANK YOU! I had my carpet cleaned. They arrived early, but called first to make sure it was ok. They were professional and did a great job. The carpet came out better than I thought it would. Over all a great experience and I would definitely use them again.

MJM was not only responsive to the water back up at my home in Grosse Pointe Farms, MI they are a VERY VERY well run company from the front office to the guys in the field. I am more than satisfied and would recommend them to anyone. From the time I called in a panic to the the day the job was done I was communicated every step and felt assured the job was getting done. If I could give 10 stars i would as this is what they deserve!!!!! 100% recommended!!!!

While in the process of renovating my recently purchased home, a pipe burst overnight and caused water damage to most of my drywall ceilings and new cabinets. My insurance company originally only wanted to pay for repairs on my cabinets but MJM Restoration represented me on my behalf and made sure my cabinets were replaced as new and not touched up with paint or a couple panels. I would defiantly recommend MJM to anyone with water damage. They quickly took care of my emergency water damage, answered my phone calls or would call back within minutes and was very proactive when dealing with my questions and my insurance company. MJM took a lot of stress off of me and my bad situation.

I recently had water damage to my home from my toilet overflowing, I was referred by a friend to call MJM Restoration and they responded very quickly I was also amazed how professional and courteous the whole staff was. I was scared because I didn't know how long my house would be under repair but with the expertise of MJM Restoration they were able to help me get a hotel to stay at until my house was back together. They also helped me with dealing with my homeowners insurance company and getting this repair fixed in a timely manor. I would highly recommend MJM Restoration and their staff for any disaster you may have, I give them 5 stars.

As a new home owner, I have invested lot of hard work and money (that I don't have), and it was terrifying for me when I found out I would be dealing with my first insurance claim within a year of owning my new home. A pipe burst in our crawl space and it flooded with raw sewage. Thankfully we caught it just in time...I had a referral to MJM Restoration so I contacted them and explained my situation- I am not usually quick to make decisions but in this case I had to and I definitely made the right choice. MJM took over completely and did all the work for me; everything from communicating with my insurance company, structual repairs, to picking out my new floor. The owner of the company and his son were in close contact with me throughout the project which was a good feeling - MJM treats you like family and you can really tell they care. They made sure that my house passed a good bill of health before having me move in again. They even went as far as setting up appointments for services that I needed that they did not profit from, such as fermigation, carpet cleaning, and cleaning my air ducts. They were always available for me 24/7 and came to my work on several occasions so I wouldn't have to worry about taking time off. They were there for me to answer all of my questions and silly concerns. They hold true to customer value! It is hard to find companies like MJM now adays and it is hard to get good customer service. The work is now complete at my house and I couldn't be happier. My project manager (Norm) and the owner (Mike) called me twice after the work was complete to make sure I was 100% satisfied.
