I just left there filling out paperwork and seen how beautiful it is the office staff energy is great and they are very kind the apartment was nice and clean I love it there already I felt safe and at home can't wait to move in. MOVED IN AUGUST 30 2024 I LOVE IT HERE PEACEFUL AND PEOPLE ARE NICE AND FRIENDLY MY APARTMENT IS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITY👍🏾❤️🥰😁🌹

My mom has lived at Park At Franklin since September 2023. It has mostly been a very positive experience. My only concern came recently when the Weather started turning from Spring to Summer (2024 ). I went to visit and found that her Apartment was extremely warm on my arrival. I noticed that the Air Conditioning was NOT working. I also noted that her Apartment has a Temperature Control that DOES NOT work. Once I checked, I found that the Air Conditioning is controlled centrally ( regardless of the setting on the Apartment Thermostat ). I would like to see the Central Air Conditioning set at a level that keeps the Apartments comfortable for residents and immediate notice of problems to Family or Caregivers when service or repairs are necessasry.

I am so please with the detailed attention and care that I received at The Park at Franklin from Norilee, Porshea, Robin, and Gwendolyn never before have I ever experience such sincere efforts from every last person that was involved in the process from the beginning to the end. I had to write this review for anyone that is faced with the same challenge in life that I had to go though with my love one finding a residency that offered quality living, yet kind and sincere so she could still keep her dignity and pride, activities everyday so she could keep her will, and yet affordable so as a family it was not a burden. I Highly recommend The Park at Franklin for your Love One too!

This place is amazing we just recently moved my Dad in and he is truly happy there is always activity’s movie night the food is great staff is kind. We are thankful that we found a great place for dad!!!!

My parents moved here a few months ago and they love it! It feels like home and the food is amazing. We even rented the dining area for a family gathering. I wish my mom would have moved in sooner so she could have joined all the large groups of organizations. Mom is now in the red hat club. Dad plays cards with the group in the evening. Don’t pass this place go check it out!

My dad is planning to move here in a few weeks. He’s so excited, it’s clean, the food is GREAT, and the price is right. The ladies that work here made this process so easy. Make sure you stop by this place. It’s nothing like the others in the area.

The first experience that I had with The Fountains is when my Aunt needed to be closer to where I lived in the city, a friend recommend The Fountains. My Aunt loved the care and attention that was given to her particular needs. That experience prompted me to move my brother there as well. "Fountains" keep doing what you doing, you'll be around a long time, thank you.

The Fountains at Franklin is the example of living your life as its golden. I came here looking for somewhere to live for myself. My sister and I toured the community with Ms. Coleman and found it to be very impressive from the dining area to the movie theater. And even the hair salon was a plus. There is plenty to do and you'll never have a dull moment for there are many places to go. Come check it out!

Very nice place, staff was great, honest and encouraged us to find a good place for dad, they were not pushy at all. Unfortunately it didn't fit dads needs, the only reason for 4 stars is that dad didn't live there and this is impression is from a tour and talking with Dorilee. We are grateful for you time and great advice.

...UPDATE...... I spoke to the director of The Fountains of Franklin and she promised me that she would Rectify any problems any issues and if I had any problems to call her directly so thank you for reaching out to me and fixing the problem
