We have a dog that has had a few accidents on our white carpet. I have used Nature Miracle, carpet cleaners etc. The carpet was so stained from me trying to clean it we were going to replace all the carpet. We had Plymouth Carpet come clean the carpet and it is AMAZING all the stains are gone and the carpet looks new. I will never use another company !!!!!!!

Very happy with the service. I had a mattress, a sofa, and a carpet that I thought would need to be replaced but thought I would try cleaning first. Alex was great, very nice, very professional, said he thought he could probably get the stains out of the carpet. When I went to look at it, it looked like new…all stains had completely disappeared! Very satisfied with the job they did on my carpet. I opted for their deep brush option and my almost 20 year old carpet looks pretty good now. I was thinking about replacing it but decided to give it a shot with deep cleaning, I think i am going to hold off on replacing it for another couple years. They were very professional and accomodating when I initially contacted them and showed up on time. I just wish filtration lines/basebord edges were included into the cleaning process/price.

I didn’t know they offered hardwood floor cleaning, and now my floors are gleaming! They actually arrived in the window they said they were going to so I was not kept waiting. Ethan came to my house and was very knowledgeable about all the cleaning products he was using and explained why he chose some over others. Plymouth Carpet Service came out during winter due to some doggy accidents. They were prompt and professional. We walked through the spots and there were not any issues with the clean up. They did all the bedrooms, stairs and hallway. Nothing damaged and even kept the door as shut as possible. No smell either since they don't use harsh chemicals. Excellent experience with them. Would definitely recommend them to others. I was also told not to try to clean up the spots as that could make it worse.

PCS uses a power machine like no other that removed all stains except an old ink stain under sofa that is inconspicuous when puppy chewed a pen years ago. It's old carpet but not worth replacing as long as we have senior dogs. Will call Plymouth Carpet Service again. Thanks for doing a great job guys!
