We have used the pond place for a complete back yard makeover. Ken is knowledgeable and easy to work with as the project changed and as we added more work. The workers are hard working. Heat, cold, rain or shine they worked just as hard every day. They transformed my lake front from a 1980 fixer upper into one of the nicer views on the lake.

The outside is very beautiful and you can get a lot of ideas of what you want. The inside is mostly pumps and filters. I was expecting a little more then that. I couldn't even find a spitter for my pond. They do have different size koi and goldfish along with different water plants.

Ken came out last year and gave us a quote. The pond place couldn't get to it until this year so we had a college kid/friend of the family make it deeper and replace the pond liner last fall. Long story short, he effed it all up. Ken sent Steve and his crew out who did a great job in the making it look nice but it continued to leak water. Matt has come out multiple times, located the leak & the pond is now holding water & the waterfall is running smooth. I am no longer getting an earful from the wife. Thanks Pond Place!

I recently purchased an Airmax EcoSeries 1/2 HP floating fountain from The Pond Place… Vicki & staff were so knowledgeable and helpful in explaining how it works. They explained how to save $ by diy installation in our lake. They even helped me move the 12 bags of mulch from back area of Yukon to middle seat area, so I wouldn’t have to make a trip home to unload and then back. They’re all so friendly and really understand their products. I’ve been getting tadpoles and pond plants there for 10 years and always have great experiences shopping there.

I just want to give a shout out to the best customer service I have encountered in a long time. I recently bought a pump for my father’s pond here, my wife needed to pick it up and was running a little late. Not only did they wait 10 minutes past closing time for her, they also put it together. All with a smile. Pumps price was good and in pond working perfect. Hard to find people that really care in today’s world. Thank-you, Thank-you.

We recently moved to the area & needed mulch along with adding a boulder out front of our property. They delivered both at the same time, however the Boulder landed on top of the mulch pile in front of our door instead of the entrance to driveway an acre away. I called them as did the very sweet & apologetic delivery driver. They were right on top of the situation & even brought me another Boulder free of charge. They’ve always been extremely helpful & knowledgeable to all of my questions. Yes I will be using them again to deliver rocks & I've used them to deliver sand when we installed a pool. They are fast on delivering as well. I will continue using them in the future.

This summer, we decided to add a waterfall and pond to our backyard landscape. When we chose The Pond Place, we knew we were in good hands. Owner Ken Marone visited our property to prepare a design and build quote which incorporated all of our ideas and vision. Once the project was underway in September, Ken and his crew manager Matt proceeded to build our plan with great care and attention to detail. In particular, Matt led the crew and made sure we were pleased with the progress every step of the way. The installation and finished product was ready in less than a week. We also received smart advice from Ken and Matt on maintaining the pond, pump, and filters. Now, we enjoy the look and peaceful sound of the waterfall and appreciate the appeal the entire installation has given to our home. We are delighted with our investment and recommend The Pond Place to neighbors and friends who visit and compliment our new water attraction. Thanks, Ken and Matt and crew!

I went out of town and when I came home one of my fish were stuck in the netting. A couple of days later he started to have algae growth on his body. I immediately got in contact with Vicky and she advised me on what to do. I ran up to the store, got the stuff she recommended and went home and treated the pond. A few days later, he still had a lot of green on him so I reached out to Vicky once again and she advised to continue treatment for a couple more days. I am happy to share that he is now completely healed and is doing just fine. I thought for sure, this fish was going to die. Thanks to Vicky, we still have him!!! I highly, highly recommend using The Pond Place for all of your pond needs and any questions you may have. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to help 😊

I went in today with two crazy kids and some weird questions- every member of the staff was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. They even let the kids feed the koi and turtle so I could focus on what I was being taught. Their property is so gorgeous, it inspires us to do more with our yard!! Always helpful. Full of ideas for developing ponds and waterfalls of your own. Sizes range from small -- beautiful huge pots to expansive. If you're wondering if Spring / Summer will come stop by and see them. Their pond displays are so imaginative and encouraging. Hard working and industrious staff who have a tremendous amount of knowledge. They have huge separate "bins" of fish from exotic to "regular" for your pond. Also beautiful yard art, huge beautiful pots for planting or water feature. Sculptures. Treat yourself and stop for visit even if you don't have a pond.
