I can’t express enough how much time SAME DAY PROCESS saved me. They went above and beyond in their services, doing everything I asked and more. The courthouse had been holding onto my Writ of Summons since December 2023 and even made me pay to reinstate the paperwork, which I never needed to do. I would really like to take some time to applaud the hardworking and tireless team at Same Day Process. From Mike to Brandon, to my dedicated above and beyond process server, Stuart, I am so overjoyed at the service that we received. I hired the skilled staff at Same Day Process to track down an elusive guy at the courthouse for my fiancé, Oscar M. When he slipped through the cracks, I felt dispirited thinking that was the last opportunity to pin him down and there would be no chance of getting him again. I was wrong. Stuart with his 15+ years of industry expertise, had some tricks up his sleeve and utilized some additional tools to track down the family. I had previously used another process server company who collected my money and provided the very bare minimum in exchange. Just going to the same address that could not be accessed time and time again, each time failing to serve the subject. No additional effort or suggestions. Same Day Process really cared about completing the service. Stuart even reached out to us personally, and made some inquiry and Brandon followed-up directly. In my prior experiences with a different company, I couldn't even speak to the server directly, just kept getting arbitrary messages passed along to me after a day or two of asking questions. I am thoroughly impressed with Same Day Process. The difference is clear and they are indeed the INDUSTRY STANDARD. 5 stars is too insufficient a rating for the service they provide. I paid Same Day Process back in December to serve Court documents to a business and because of the holiday I just knew it would take a while for them to serve them. NO NOT AT ALL. As soon as the holiday was over they served them the very next day. Talk about a good business. They are all about business. I tell you, they do not mess around. Excellent experience. Did not know where to begin to find a process server. A google search yielded several companies. I called a few and Same Day was the only one where a " real" person who seemed to be an owner or manager ( Mike) picked up right away. He answered my questions in a very courteous and friendly manner. When it came time to make service, Same Day clearly communicated on a failed attempt ( I had provided an out of date address). The individual was served very promptly and professionally with the new address, and I received a prompt report back. I dont want to mislead - a second location requires another $75 fee, but I think that's totally appropriate and very reasonable. Along the way, my inquiries were answered very promptly. It was very good personal service. I highly recommend.

Reliable, efficient, and one-stop shopping. I used these guys to serve a defendant in DC. Their automatic notification system lets you know exactly when defendants / their reps have been served, takes time and date stamped picture of the location, and gives you info about the party receiving service at the address (physical description, age, name, etc.) In DC, they automatically submit proof of service to the superior court (DC's version of a what is called a district court, in most jurisdictions). They were cheaper than the other alternatives. I received a pdf of the affidavit of the summons and complaint, before being received by the superior court and after being received / stamped by the court. I highly recommend them to any attorney / law firm.

I have been working with the Same Day Process team for around 2 months now. I am a solo attorney based in Denver, CO but I am licensed and/or admitted to courts in MD, DC, PA, etc. I need to get hand-delivery service of process on the U.S. Attorney's Office in Washington, DC frequently, and also to send Chamber's/courtesy copies of court filings to Judge's who expect them. Same Day Process runs an excellent process company. I've used them in my law practice for several years and they almost always get the legal documents served. They are meticulous on meeting all the court requirements for service and even file the affidavit of service with the court for you. While you can use their rush service and pay more, I've found that even with regular service they usually get the job done in just a few days at most. Oh, and they have a notary public on staff if you need your service documents notarized.

If you need something served or handled in DC, these are the guys to go to... I work at a firm in California and needed documents served in Washington. A Google search brought up several companies. They provided a step by step itinerary of their day when pursuing the subject until mission was accomplished. They informed me on the individual who came to the door on the days that the subject was not available and their disposition. Also, they realized that it was going to be a challenge to reach the subject during the time that I had provided and they went the extra mile to go to the subject's house at 6:30 am which is when the subject was served, the third day. SAMEDAY PROCESS is simply AMAZING. The defendant stopped communication with me and while I knew the building he lived in, I did not know the apartment number or how to get him served. The return receipt card NEVER WORKS, when I went to small claims they green card 9 times out of 10 is illegible and the judge will never accept that as a valid means of serving the documents.
