I started my journey in March of 2022. I had previously gotten veneers that started to crack and chip.So I went to get a consult.I needed a lot of work done extractions ,bridge,crowns,implants and my cracked veneers fixed.I was seen by Dr.Khan and her dental assistant Judy made me feel so comfortable I was extremely nervous and afraid because of the pain from both my pockets and my mouth. When I say they treated my with the upmost care that I have ever experienced.From starting my treatment plan also working within my budget.I have already gotten most of my work done. And it was the best experience being that I got 6 extractions 2 implants done all in one day.Dr.Khan made it almost painless.Her and all her team Judy, Nigel,Dawn and Joey took awesome care of me! I recommend this dental office to everyone out there looking for inexpensive high quality care.

I didn't give five stars because nobody's perfect, but I can say that the dentistry work I received from Dr. Solomon and his team is great. I have received so many compliments and statements that "you have a nice smile". People can't tell that I have had partial bridge work because they look like natural teeth, even better in my opinion. I would highly recommend giving Dr. Solomon at Signature Smiles great consideration to do your dental work. But not to mislead anyone, his prices might be a little pricey so check your dental coverage benefits or have some funds that you can use or get financed. But for me it was worth it. I spent a few thousand for a million dollar smile. And little do people know how much your oral hygiene affects your health. Seriously people your teeth and oral hygiene are greatly important in having good/great health and prolonging your life. If you can afford it it is worth it. In essence you can't afford not to afford it. I was not paid to make these statements. These are my true beliefs and personal opinions. Obviously the choice is yours. Smile.

Let me start by saying I have serious anxiety about going to the dentist. I have had numerous bad experiences that caused me severe pain. So much so that I haven't been to the dentist in 3 years. I had a tooth that was causing me severe pain. I called around town to get it taken care of. No one could fit me in. I called Signature Smiles and they were able to fit me in right away. The staff was amazing. I felt at ease immediately. Dr. Solomon explained the issue and my options in great detail. He was patient and very compassionate about my anxiety. The procedure was quite painless. Fast forward a couple of weeks for my cleaning appointment with Morgan. Once again, very patient and compassionate. My teeth were quite stained and an embarrassment for me. Morgan took her time and removed most of the ugliness. The bottom line is I have found my new dentist and will no longer avoid getting my teeth the proper care they deserve. I can now smile with my teeth showing and no longer feel embarrassed. It's VERY convenient that they open 7 days. My son cracked his incisors on Saturday night, our pediatric dentist won't even answer the phone call until Monday. But I could easily make an appointment with signature smile on their website at night for the next morning. We saw the dentist as early as Sunday 8am. i was able to get an appointment within a week of calling. Very different from my last dentist! I found all the staff to be friendly and helpful, even helping me to figure out my insurance. The Dentist immediately addressed my concern with grinding my teeth at night & I was provided an itemized list of expenses if I wanted to go ahead an pursue having a specialized night guard made. The last few times that I went, I met Dulce, the technician that literally changed my way of thinking about my teeth!!! She has such a calming bedside manner and is extremely personable and full of laughter š¤£ But most importantly, she is excellent at what she does. You can tell that she is passionate about her job, by explaining the process before she begins and the extreme importance of taking care of your teeth. She literally got me excited about flossing which I never really did on a regular basis. But after she explained how important it was and broke everything down for me so that I could understand, I ran out and got four bags of floss literally, lol I kept one in my car, one at my job, one at my home and one in my purse!!!! I am now flossing queen and my results were worth it because when I returned she was so impressed that my teeth looked so good!!! Particularly, she is the best at deep cleaning. A lot of people are afraid to get their teeth deep cleaned but I literally almost fell asleep, lol because it was not painful at all. So I just wanted to write this review to let everyone know that if you're looking for a really good dentist and a great staff you should definitely consider Signature smiles š

Signature Smiles in my opinion need a manager that is experienced in customer service. Iām a long time customer of signature smiles and currently in orthodontics treatment. The front-line staff have changed over the course of my treatment and I feel their conduct is unprofessional, to the point of harassment. Currently, Iām waiting for the orthodontist or office manager to contact me due to an experience with the front line staff. Iāve been waiting 1 month to hear back from Signature Smiles. Each week I call and ask to speak with the office manager or orthodontist and to no avail. Currently Iām considering a lawsuit for breach of contract due to my treatment being paid in full and my teeth are still not straight. It is my hope that the owner review the reviews that are here and follow up with me soon. This post is an update to my first post regarding Signature Smiles. Signature Smiles followed up with me on my comment and apologized on how I was made to feel; since then, I have a new perspective on my experience and looking forward to my next visit. In my opinion, I believe reviews are designed to give the business an opportunity to learn and grow their business. With that said, Signature Smiles stepped up with accountability and Iām still a patient and will recommend their services to my family.

I woke up on Sunday morning with extreme tooth pain. I was surprised to find Signature Smiles open at 8am, about a mile from my house. By 9am I was in a chair being looked at. It was amazing! I had to pay with a card and expected the bill to be astronomical. It was VERY fair, considering it was Sunday. I have more work being done and will update this post afterwards. Thank you!

Iāve been to a number of Dentists over the years, but Signature Smiles is the best there is. The staff are always super friendly and make your visit hassle free. Especially the Dental Hygienist named Mrs. Faye. I donāt want anyone working on my teeth but her. She performed a deep cleaning of my teeth below the gum line. And I couldnāt be happier with the results. Whatās more, I always learn something new from her on every visit. Born in the Philippines and traveled extensively with her mom and siblings early in life. Particularly in the Pacific Rim countries. She is full of practical wisdom. Things that make you think deeply about for days afterwards. For instance, she told me that ālife is all about maintenance.ā The better you maintain things in your life, the better, the longer, they perform. This goes for your house, car, body, and even, your teeth. On my visit today at 8am on a particularly frigid Sunday morning (21 degrees), she told me āmaintenance first, cosmetic lastā when I asked her about having my teeth whitened on my next visit. The application of this nugget of wisdom in our lives is endless. What a great way to start the day. Deep cleaning of your teeth and wisdom for your mind. Do yourself a favor and make Signature Smiles your preferred dentistry. Youāll be glad you did. Plus, they are open 7 days a week!

I have been a patient with signature smiles for many years and have always been happy with the dentist's. I moved and started going somewhere else for several years and ended up in worse shape than imagined to need a partial. I have up with inferior dentist's and started driving 30 minutes to be happy to go back rather than 5 minutes away and not being happy with others.

I would recommend this practice to anyone who might be squeamish regarding dentists. I used to be one of those people! While living in Michigan my husband & I had extensive dental work done by Dr. Solomon over several years. We retired almost 3 years ago & have moved back to our home in Ohio. Twice year we drive the 4.5 hours back to Michigan to have our teeth cleaned & a check up by Dr. Solomon. We plan to continue this trip for many years to. come.
