It’s been 1 year since I moved in with my brother. This place is amazing. 24hr access to a gym is great bonus. The environment is beautiful and consistently clean. Tammy is super fast with communication and respectful. Very spacious apartment for me and my brother. Anytime I have an issue with my apartment they send in someone the next day. Now going into my second year living here and changing apartments which was super easy to do. Some luxuries in life are worth the money. Not to mention the clubhouse which gives free coffee. The only issue this place may have is that some people have no respect for the gate and keep breaking it. But that has never stopped Taylor Woods from fixing it every time. Don’t let the bad reviews stop you from trying this apartment complex out even if it’s for a year.

Highly recommended. Tammy is very helpful and easy to work with. The apartments are spacious and a great living space. The gym is great and has a basketball and tennis court.

I have had a very positive experience since moving to Taylor Woods in the summer of 2020. I cannot think of any issues I have really had that were not taken care of. The front office is helpful whenever needed. The units are very nice especially when compared to other apartment complexes in the area. I would recommend moving to this community.

O' My God, Just Beautiful 😍 ❤, when I grow up that's where I plain 🙏 to live. I Love everything: Tennis 🎾 Courts, Swimming 🏊♀️ pool, Basketball 🏀 courts guest parking lot, very spacious units. I remember 'bout 20yrs ago that was ALL wooded area. Whoever purchased and built this community 👏 did a fantastic job. I Thank my co-worker for the invitation 🙏. Amen

Spacious apartments with crown molding trim, granite countertops and vanities and attractive laminate flooring. Surrounded by woods, it's a peaceful setting with great security and if you need something repaired, they are quick to assist and take care of your problem with a smile. The best feature of all though is that they allow dogs <3 Highly recommend !

Great place to live. Apartment is just the right size for me and my husband. Oh not to forget our 2 cats who love it here too. Very nice people who work and live here. I especially love Tammy in the office.

I have lived here for 4 years and I love it! The apts.are beautiful ,as well as the lovely landscaped pool area.They also have their own gym....the complex is surrounded by a beautiful country setting of large grown trees and beautiful landscaped areas! They are also pet friendly...this is a great place to live...

I cannot express enough how wonderful the experience of living here has been. My roommates and I moved here in 2018 and have happily stayed for 2 years. Tammy, the leasing associate, made the move in process seamless and easy. She is currently still with Taylor Woods and has worked with us from the beginning to the end. She is compassionate, patient, trustworthy, and easy to work with. The maintenance and rest of the office staff are just as wonderful in providing excellent and timely response to our needs. The apartment complex overall is gorgeous, safe, quiet, and the people who live here are considerate and friendly. There is ample parking, with extra lots close by, which we've never had to use. The complex is always clean and maintained beautifully. The maintenance staff are friendly and provide efficient service. The appliances and apartments are beautiful and top-notch! In my personal experience being here for two years, we have not had a single issue with any of the appliances. Our utilities have always been very low cost due to energy-efficiency offered by the complex. If you're looking for a low cost, luxurious apartment in a great community (who wouldn't?) I say choose Taylor Woods! You will NOT regret it. We are sad to leave, due our long commute to Philly for work. I wish we could pick it up and move it closer. We will definitely miss our apartment and the staff that made living here so wonderful!

This has been the best apartment I have ever rented. Originally I had planned to stay here until I purchased my first home, but to accelerate paying off my debt I decided to move to a less expensive location across the river in PA. I was truly sad to leave and Tammy was always a joy to speak with. literally the only "complaint" I could levy is that the buildings do not have elevators. I recommend this location to anyone who can afford the rent.

Moved into Taylor Woods 3 years ago after selling our house we were only suppose to stay for a year and look for another home , but we loved it so much that we are still here, Apartments are beautiful grounds are kept up. Service calls are taking call of a.s.a.p. , Nicole and her leasing team in the rental office are Excellent !!!! We are so happy to be a resident at Taylor Woods. We love it so much we had a friend move in and my sister and her husband are moving in August .

Maintained well, however, owner/management practices breed discrimination. Posted 2017 ***Edit*** Thursday 2/10/22 I called maintenance because my freezer stopped working. Monti told me it was 29°. Saturday 2/12 I emailed Dinorah, the property manager to inform her of the problem. Today is Sunday 2/13 and my frozen food is mushy and fridge is warming. No response from TW

Currently living in Taylor Woods, and I must say quality is key here. Summer time they have a pool, tennis courts, and basketball courts. Also they have a indoor gym open all year round and 24/7. They are brand new apartments with extremely elegant design.

Hello all, From day one, I have felt sooo Blessed to be moving into the Taylor Woods community‼️ I was greeted with the upmost respect, as well as the intension of making me feel at ease. I was welcome with sooo much kindness from the staff and my new neighbors! I'm grateful to call Taylor Woods my home‼️ Now I have a new lease on life!! Taylor Woods has just what I was looking for. The grounds are kept, hallways and stairs clean and smell great, friendly neighbors. I love my apartment, and the shower is to died for! Not to mention the amenities, Truly...a blessing! #thankful.

Since I moved here this past week, I know people had bad experiences in the past because I heard (from the office employees) that the company was not really good due to past employees. Since they have new management, the new employees of this place is fantastic. They are very friendly, patient, and very informative. You won't be disappointed towards this peaceful place.

My wife and I have been here 2 years and just renewed our lease for 2 more years. We are very happy here. Its a nice place to live. The area is safe and the neighbors are friendly. Recently I placed a non-emergency work order. Both were completed timely. Plus, they offer Starbucks coffee in the club house.

Nicole is awesome. There were few issues we had in our apartment weren't taken care of with the previous office workers but we've definitely noticed a big difference with her being around and now being the property manager. We feel very taken care of and like our needs are being met. Thank you so much!
