Telesis Electronics installed the home automation system (whole house audio, alarm system, TV, phone and internet distribution) in our home on behalf of Toll Brothers, who built our home in 2004 for the previous owner. The initial work that was done is a masterpiece of neatness and logical order. We continue to use the Telesis partner for our alarm monitoring service and although we haven't had any emergencies, a few false alarms caused by dust in the aging smoke detectors or accidental alarm triggering events have been properly reported to the local fire/police dispatcher as expected. A call to the monitoring center subsequently were able to cancel the emergency calls. Telesis was recently called in to check out a false smoke alarm issue. The two techs were able to find the issue fast (a loose wire that I caused when I replaced an aging smoke detectors). While they were at it, the original technician who installed the whole house audio system was asked to take a look at room speakers that did not seem to have audio output. Not only did he identify an issue with the amp, but he also showed me how to properly use the incredibly elaborate system for which we were given no information by the previous owner. The 20-year old amplifier had three (of 12) defective channels and it needs to be repaired or replaced. He recommended a replacement. Always a courteous and effective crew who arrive on time as promised and fair prices for the expert work that they do. I recommend Telesis for their great customer support and deep knowledge of their field.
