The company came & cleaned the duplex my husband & I are renting before we moved in, & they did a fantastic job! Things like baseboards, the fridge, & the oven (all potential spots to skip over) were cleaned perfectly! Very well cleaned all around, it was spotless! There was even a closet where a cat box was & it had a smell, which is extremely hard to get rid of. They cleaned it well & the smell is much less noticeable now! I gifted a few cleanings to my elderly mother a couple of years ago and its far and away been the most well received present that I've even given her. To start, they've sent us three different cleaners, each one more impressive than the last. It's almost as if they have a secret training academy where superheroes of cleanliness are born. Not only do these cleaners possess the uncanny ability to make our floors gleam like a disco ball, but they're also extraordinarily kind and respectful to my mother. One of them, let's call her "Wonder Wipes," managed to make the wooden floors take on a shine like a bald head in sunlight. Another, "Captain Clean," tackled the kitchen with such vigor that I half-expected to find a Michelin star in the fridge. And the third, "The Dust Whisperer," left not a single speck of dust behind, making me suspect she has some sort of pact with the dust mites. Their attention to detail is phenomenal, they also all possess origami skills... I know sounds crazy. They fold the toilet paper into a seashell shape. They'll even do your spare rolls if they're displayed in the open. The house smells fresher, looks brighter, and my mother couldn't be happier with their service. After the cleanings provided as a gift, my mom let them know she would like their service to be a bimonthly thing. The owner of the company set up an in-person consultation to go over any specific requests/expectations that my mom might have. My mom called me on the phone just to tell me how impressed she was with this personal touch. In an age where it's hard to find reliable and skilled help, this cleaning service stands out like a diamond in the rough. They have truly made my life easier, and my mother's home more comfortable and inviting. So, if you're considering hiring a cleaning service, wondering what to gift someone special in your life, do yourself a favor and choose this one. You won't be disappointed! I had company coming into town and was really stressing out about all the things I needed to do without the sufficient time to do it. My coworker told me about this company. I hesitantly decided to try it. I spoke with Kellie over the phone to arrange the appointment. She was sweet and thorough about what to expect from the representative. She also sent a confirmation email that stated in writing what was to be expected. The representative, Angela, arrived on time! She waisted no time getting started. I was in and out running errands and left her to finish her shift for the last couple hours. When I got home I was soooo happy with how clean my house was! My house hasn't been THAT clean in years! I have 2 kids that take alot of my attention, so my house gets neglected. I can only keep up with the basic day to day chores, like dishes, laundry, and pick up. The firm's staff no showed their 2nd visit in March, 2018, so a change was definitely required. That is when I discovered The Pampered House Maid Service of Arlington. They scheduled a "deep clean" for their first visit and it was EXCELLENT!!! Their 2nd and 3rd visits have been equally as good. They are punctual, bring their own supplies, and your home is "squeaky clean" when the job is done. Their rate is very reasonable for the Deep Clean and for the regular cleaning. I have been very pleased with my last few cleanings. We had the same maid for a long time and the service was OK, but I have really noticed the difference with the new maid(s).
