The owner Michael Snyder came to my chiropractic office because we had a problem with a stolen identity. He had us put a freeze on accounts and set up a password keeper to keep all our accounts protected and secure. Highly recommend- prompt and professional service!!

The staff and owner of TotalBC went above and beyond for an IT issue we had at our Montana property. With their knowledge and assistance, they were able to identify the problem (we created it) offer a solution, and then work hard to repair it immediately. It is not often you see an owner get involved and stay with the project to see it through to completion. This is why TotalBC is our go-to IT solution. Their team is the best!

Great company to work with! They keep you updated on the progress of installations every step of the way! If problems arose they arrived at a solution quickly. The staff loves the new phone service as it is user friendly! Would highly reccomend TotalBC.

I don't do this often because I expect excellent service (at least 8 out of 10) as a general principle. Service companies should provide a level of service that they are proud of and that engenders loyalty in their customers and clients. So when we had issues with our phones, I expected good, solid things from Total BC. I did not, however, expect the level of care and service they provided at a time we had a catastrophic failure of our phone server and an extremely urgent need. Our phone server crashed, leaving our 17-person firm entirely without phones or a fax line. Total BC delivered 4 "test phones" to our office within a matter of a few hours, fully programmed and ready to be used by our staff. In collaboration with our IT vendor, they were able to have our main phone line forwarded to our 4 test phones and we had a functioning phone system the very same day. They set up additional testing for our attorneys, provided top-notch technical support along the way, allowing us to become familiar with the new system's functions and features, and eventually earned our business. We had a working, temporary fax system set up the very next day. It wasn't just the speed in which they were able to get us up and running again, although that was extremely helpful. It was the fact that we dealt with multiple people throughout our period of downtime, from the technician who serviced the phone server that crashed, the salesman explaining the features of the new VOIP system that we could move to as an alternative, to the owner of the company, their programming technician, and their customer service manager. Every single one of them provided excellent, efficient, and relevant service and support that addressed our specific questions and issues. I can't remember a time that I've dealt with so many people at the same company, all of whom were excellent at what they were doing and worked so cohesively with one another while answering questions directed to different departments and to different people all who handled separate areas of expertise. They listened to the questions and issues that WE were having and addressed them directly. They took the time to understand our needs from our perspective and had answers based on what we needed, not based on what they wanted to sell. The selling happened all by itself because they were focused on helping US get up and running as quickly as they could and helping us get acclimated to the new system along the way. I can't say enough good things about how they made a horrible experience bearable and earned our permanent business along the way. If you happen to consider them as a potential vendor and read this review along the way, give them a call. You'll be glad that you did.

The Best in IT Support!! I've worked with TotalBC for our company's IT support and security for several years now. I'd recommend them to ANY business looking for great support with tons of knowledge. It is like having your friends look after your IT equipment and systems for you. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable when you call or even email for help.

In a time when customer service is lacking...Total BC, Inc has it together. They are nice, professional, efficient and the service they provide is fabulous. I wouldn't just recommend them, I would wonder why in the world you aren't using them if you're not.
